IF WITHIN 72 HOURS OF THE DATE OF THE SALE YOU BELIEVE THE DOG TO BE SICK, YOU AGREE RETURN IT TO THE SELLER AND I WILL EITHER REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR RETURN DOG IN WELL COINDITION IF YOU SO DESIRE. IF, HOWEVER, YOU TAKE THE DOG TO THE VET DURING 72 HOUR PERIOD AND INCURE ANY EXPENSE, THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE. THIS PUPPY HAS A HEALTH GUARANTEE FROM GENETIC DESEASES FOR ONE YEAR.

The seller does not guarantee cherry eye. To qualify for this warranty, you must keep the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The puppy must have all the current vaccinations. The written statement from a vet must be provided as well. Seller also reserves a right to seek a second opinion from a vet of the sellers choice. After the above conditions are met the seller will replace the puppy.

THE SELLER HAS A FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL IF THE BUYER DECIDES TO GIVE UP THE DOG

 Nutrition : Please do not keep the puppy only on the dry food. Our puppies are used to eat cottage cheese, kefir, beef or chicken based broth with rice. This puppy also has been on the Immune Support Canine Supplement from Standard Process, Inc.
